Building Memories, Supporting Our Backbone

At our school, we strongly believe that teachers are the backbone of our future. These wonderful adults spend the most time with our children and have a lasting impact on who they will become. The PTA’s mission this year has been to ensure our teachers feel that appreciation and our students create middle school memories that stay with them forever.

What We’ve Achieved Together

It has been a busy and rewarding year! Thanks to your support and our dedicated volunteers, we have:

• Fueled Our Educators: We’ve kept our staff energized with an after-school family potluck and themed meal days, including Nacho, Salad, and Soup bars.

• Showed Gratitude: Through our "Adopt-A-Teacher" program and student-written thank-you letters during Thanksgiving week, we made sure our staff felt seen and valued.

• Kept Classrooms Ready: We stocked large amounts of essential school supplies for students and ensured the teacher’s lounge stayed fully stocked with coffee K-cups and creamers.

• Created Student Magic: We’ve brought excitement to the halls with Friday treat sales, Boo Grams, Cupid Grams, and Honor Roll rewards. We also celebrated together at our recent Spring Dance!

The Road Ahead: Finishing Strong

We aren’t done yet! We have several major initiatives planned to wrap up the school year with a bang:

• Testing Week Support: We will be providing "Snacks on the Go" to keep our teachers fueled and focused while they support our students through testing.

• Teacher Appreciation Week: We are looking forward to honoring our staff with catered breakfast and lunch spreads to celebrate their hard work.

• May Field Day: Get ready! We are hosting a massive Field Day featuring inflatables, games, treats, and concessions for the whole school.

• Investing in Innovation: To end the year, the PTA is dedicated to fulfilling "Wish List" items for our PLTW (Project Lead The Way) and Related Arts programs, ensuring our students have the best tools for hands-on learning.
